Stainless Steel Welding Electrode HT-A022

 

Instruction: HT-A022 is lime titania type coating super lowcarbon stainless steel electrode, its weld metals carbon value ≤ 0.04%, and has a good resistance to heat, corrosion and cracking. It may adopt AC&DC+ operation, having an excellent welding performance.

Application: For the welding of equipment making for the production of urea, synthetic fibre, etc, and the alike strength stainless steel structure. Also suitable for the Cr stainless steel which cant be heat treated after welding, composite steel and dissimilar steel, etc.

Notice:

1.      The electrode should be dried for 1 hour at about 250 prior to use.

2.      Try best to use DC+, or the welding penetration will be affected.
