Instruction: HTJ507 is lowhydrogen & natrium type coating carbon steel electrode, which has good plasticity, toughness and resistance to cracking . It has excellent welding performance, such as little splash, good welding seam, strong slag removability, and also has the capability for all-position welding work.
Application: For the welding of medium carbon steel, lowalloy steel such as 16Mn, and the A, B, D, E grade steel used in shipbuilding, also suitable for the steel structure of boiler, pressure vessel, pipes, etc.

Notice:
1. The electrode should be dried for 1 hour at 350 prior to use, after that which shall be used as soon as possible.
2. The inclusion such as oil, rust, water, etc must be cleared from the weldment.
3. Adopt short arc operation, and bead welding method.
