Stainless Steel Welding Electrode(HT-A002 )

Instruction: HT-A022 is lime titania type coating super lowcarbon stainless steel electrode, its weld metals carbon value ≤ 0.04%, and has a good resistance to intercrystalline corrosion. This type electrode takes foreign advanced technology, its coating shows red, be suitable for AC&DC+, and ACs arc will have a better stability. It also has excellent welding performance such as soft arc, small & little splash, good welding seam and the capability for allposition welding work.

Application: Be suitable for the welding of super lowcarbon Cr18Ni9 stainless steel structure, and also the 0Cr18Ni9Ti corrosionresistant stainless steel structure with the working temperature lower than 300.Mainly used in the equipment making for the production of synthetic fibre, fertilizer and oil.

Notice:

1.      Before welding, the electrode should be dried for 1 hour at 250300.

2.      Try best to use low current and short arc when welding, and the amplitude of swing shall be no more than two and a half of the diameter size.

3.      Before welding, the inclusion such as oil, rust, water, etc must be cleared from the weldment.
