Instruction: J506 is lowhydrogen & kalium type coating carbon steel electrode, it has excellent mechanical properties and crack resistance, be suitable for AC&DC operation, and also has the capability for allposition welding work.
Application: For the welding of medium carbon steel, lowalloy steel such as 16Mn, 09Mn2Si,etc, and the A, B, D, E grade steel used in shipbuilding, also suitable for the alike strength structure of traffic, building, bridge, etc.

Notice:
1. Before welding, the electrode should be dried for 1 hour at 350,after that which shall be used as soon as possible.
2. The inclusion such as oil, rust, water, etc must be cleared from the weldment.
